2019 Vendor Application is Now Available!
It's that time of the year again. The 30th Annual Bremerton Blackberry Festival is approaching quickly! (Aug. 31, Sept. 2 Labor Day Weekend) Vendor applications begin March 1, 2019.
As a reminder, the festival is now a project of the Bremerton Rotary Foundation. All festival proceeds will be reinvested into the local community. Applications, beginning this year, will be submitted prior to payment. Upon acceptance to the festival vendors will be invoiced for the assigned space. You will have the option to pay for your booth fees with a credit card via or by mailing in a check. You may also visit the office abd pay cash or check.
For those returning as vendors or those applying for the first time, here are the procedures:
Once you fill out and submit the online application, you will be put you in line for application approval and booth assignment. However, you are not done yet!
After submitting the online application, you must mail or email the festival (PDF format only) the following items within seven (7) days after submitting the online application. An acceptance email will not be sent until all paperwork is completed and received.
- Check or money order for all booth fees as indicated on the online application receipt (if not paying by credit card)
- A copy of your online application receipt
Review, sign and mail the following documents (along with the aforementioned items) within seven (7) days after submitting the online application:
Booth will NOT be assigned until items 2, 3 and 4 below have been signed, returned, and received by the festival committee!

NOTE: Returning vendors from last year, will get priority assignment over new vendors ONLY if you submit your online application and all requested documents before April 15, and full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of all paperwork, you will be notified by email with a letter if your application has been approved, along with your booth assignment. You will then be invoiced for your booth as assigned by the festival committee. (Booth assignment is at the sole discretion of the festival committee.) If we are unable to approve your application for this year’s festival, you will be notified, and no payment will be invoiced or required. Those vendors that have been accepted and paid in full but determine they are not able to attend the festival and notify the festival committee prior to 12:00am (midnight) July 30th will be refunded the invoice amount minus 10% cancelation fee for administration. There will be no refunds after July 31, 2019.

The Blackberry Festival Committee is looking forward to working with all our vendors again this year.
We work hard at not duplicating the main items that are sold at our festival. In order to do this, we must have your cooperation in listing every item you sell.
Each year we must follow rules and regulations by the Fire Marshall and Police Departments and of course, the insurance companies. We ask that you read your application very carefully and follow all directions.
The 2 downtown hotels offers a "berry" good discount to all Blackberry vendors. Be sure to tell the hotel that you are a festival vendor and pre-register with the hotel, so they will have a room set aside for you when you arrive.
You will receive acceptance confirmation as a vendor as soon as all paperwork has been processed and the committee decides on the best location for you based on your requests, available space and your electrical needs.
In August you will receive by e-mail additional information regarding set-up times and other necessary details. Please keep in mind that our office gets busier as we get closer to the festival dates. So, call if you have the need, and leave a message on our event line. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, but please be patient about any delay.
