Blackberry Fun Run

REGISTRATION:
Entries with payment will be accepted in person, by mail, by phone, by fax or online at www.ci.bremerton.wa.us Select “Departments” then “Parks and Recreation” and then “Online Registration”. Pay by cash, check, or charge card in person. Cash or check only on day of race.
ENTRY FEES:
1 MILE/5K RUNS: $10 by August 27, $12 after August 27. Families (4 or more) $30 by August 27; $40 after August 27.
KIDS DASHES: FREE

9:30 AM 1 MILE RUN BEGINS
9:50 AM 5K RUN BEGINS

PARKING:
Paid parking is available on the corner of 4th & Washington Ave. in the City’s parking garage.
T-SHIRTS:
100% cotton T-shirts are available for $12.
AWARDS:
Plaque to overall male & female winner of 1 mile & 5k runs. Ribbons to the first three places in
Each age division of 1 mile & 5k runs. Participation ribbons to all Kids Berry Dash participants.
COURSE DISCRIPTION:
1 MILE RUN: Start in downtown Bremerton on Pacific Ave. between 6th St. & 8th St.. Course follows Pacific Ave. north to 11th St., turning right on 11th and then right on Washington Ave. Proceed south on Washington Ave. to Burwell St., turning right on Burwell and then right on Pacific Ave. Turn right on 4th St. and proceed to the finish line.
5K RUN: Start in downtown Bremerton on Pacific Ave. between 6th St. & 8th St. Course follows Pacific Ave. north to 11th St., turning right on 11th and then right on Washington Ave. Proceed south on Washington Ave. to Burwell St. turning right on Burwell and then right on Pacific Ave. Continue down Pacific Ave to start line. Complete two more laps for a total of three (3) laps. On the final lap turn right on 4th St. and proceed south to the finish line.
KIDS DASHES: Starting on 4th St. near Pacific Ave. 25 yard dash, 50 yard dash and 100 yard dashes to finish line on 4th St.
